Built beside a real oven

ProvenBatch is made by Stella Apps, a UK software business run by Dave Biley. It began as the tool for a real home bakery in our own household, which is why it obsesses about the things that actually go wrong at a kitchen table, not the things that demo well.

What we believe

  • A label is a claim, and claims need evidence. So labels are derived from real data, never typed, and every batch keeps its record.
  • Software shouldn't pretend. Ours tells you when it isn't sure, blocks batches it can't stand behind, and never ticks a compliance box on your behalf.
  • Small businesses deserve small prices. From £9 a month, no per-label fees, and the price you join at is the price you keep.
  • Your data is yours. Held in the UK, exportable in full, never held hostage when you stop paying.

Support is support@provenbatch.co.uk, with published response times by plan. Our privacy policy is published, including a summary of our sub-processors; terms of service and the rest of the legal set follow ahead of launch.
