Annual is planned as twelve months for the price of ten (£90 a year). No setup fees, no per-label fees, no per-user fees below your tier, cancel monthly. Beta members will get notice before any paid plans.

Planned prices per business, in GBP. After the beta, ProvenBatch will be sold to UK businesses. The planned price is the whole price: nothing will be added at checkout.
Where the paywall runs, and where it never will
The compliance output is never partial at any price
Every tier prints complete labels with every allergen, checked the same way. We will not sell a safer label at a higher price. The upgrade levers are about running a business (receipts, orders, accounts, users), never about being safe. Your label archive is never metered: full history on every tier, because it is a due-diligence record.
When you stop paying, we don't lock your records
Your account drops to an archive: everything stays visible and exportable. Printing and new batches stop; your allergen history doesn't vanish. We will never hold a food business's records hostage.

Why so much cheaper than the alternatives?
One developer, no sales team, no per-label meter, and software that runs cheaply. The planned price is sustainable. Beta members will get notice before any paid plans.
How do I get access?
Free access on the beta runs to at least 31 December 2026. Places are limited, currently to 30 vetted businesses. Join the beta.
Can I change tier or cancel?
Any time, monthly, from your account. No notice period, no phone call.
What counts as a "product" on Starter?
A thing you sell: a finished good with its own label. Ingredients and supplier products are unlimited on every tier.
Is the price shown the whole price?
Yes. After the beta, the planned price is the whole price; nothing will be added at checkout.
Do you charge per label?
No, and we never will. Metering labels punishes exactly the behaviour the law wants: labelling everything.
Do you limit how much I can scan?
No. There's no scan bundle, no per-label fee and no per-photo charge. The daily limits that exist are there to stop abuse, and they're the same on every plan. We're not going to meter the thing that gets your labels right.
