Ask for a beta invitation
We're inviting a small group of UK food businesses in. Free access on the beta runs to at least 31 December 2026. Places are limited, currently to 30 vetted businesses.
Tell us about your business
Your email is required, and so is at least one proof that you are a real food business: a Food Hygiene Rating link or ID, a council registration, a Companies House number, or a trading website or social page that shows you sell. The rest helps us judge whether the beta is right for you. About two minutes.
Thanks, that's with us
We read every one of these ourselves. A confirmation is on its way to you now from support@provenbatch.co.uk. Worth checking that isn't sitting in a spam folder, because the invitation comes from the same address. Replies reach a person there too.
What happens next. If there's a place for you, the invitation arrives with a code, a link that opens the sign-up form with the code already filled in, and a short getting-started guide. If the answer is not this round, we'll say so rather than leaving you wondering.
Remembered something you meant to say? Fill the form in again with the same email address. We'll email that address a link to confirm it was you, then add anything you left blank. To change an answer you have already given, email support@provenbatch.co.uk.
Just want to hear how it's going?
Not everyone wants to be a tester, and that's completely fine. Leave your email and we'll let you know how ProvenBatch is coming along. Nothing else, and no form to fill in.
You're on the list
Thanks, we'll be in touch as things progress. Nothing else to do, and no confirmation email to go hunting for.
Changed your mind and want a beta place after all? Fill in the form above with the same email address; it upgrades your request rather than starting a second one.
Would rather just write to us?
That's fine, and it goes to the same place. Tell us what you make, roughly how many products you label in a week, what's annoying about labelling today, and where you heard about us.

If the mail-app button does nothing on your machine, copy the address into whatever you use: Gmail, Outlook, anything.
What you get
- Everything in the plan you choose, from day one, with direct support from the person who builds it, through the beta.
- A real say: beta feedback decides what gets built next.
What it costs
Free access on the beta runs to at least 31 December 2026. Places are limited, currently to 30 vetted businesses.
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is billed. Your records stay visible and exportable throughout; we never hold a food business's allergen records hostage.
